Sir, I was admitted to a mental hospital in kerala forcefully from 29/01/2018 to 29/03/2018. The then admission, Mental Health Act 2017 provisions are applicable..? because I think the act came into force from May 2018 only..But this act assented on April 2017 and same time old act repealed also.
