Summary of the teaching: All Christians must have the Holy Spirit. When a Christian is filled with the holy spirit they have access to God and this comes with a choice to do God's will or their own will. Think Elisha, Moses or Jonah. Christians baptized with the holy Spirit no longer have the power to do their will, they can only do God's will. Think Jesus, Paul. The Bible started using statements like the holy Spirit drove Jesus to the wilderness and Jesus started saying things like I do only what my father in heaven does, only after his baptism by John. As Christians we should be full of the holy Spirit, to be full means to always be in his presence saturated like a rag soaked in water.
