For living room and bed room should i go with matt tiles or glossy, personally i do not like glossy, but many ppl are advising me to go with glossy because matt tiles over time becomes dirty and difficult to clean. So is that true ? And one more thing, i always prefer to put tiles with spacer but my tile mistry is saying not to put spacer but what i feel ki the undulances in tile can be greatly reduced if i put spacer and install tiles. Kindly assist.

Sorry for the late reply, Yes, you may use matte tiles for living room and bedroom, it won't get that much dirt as they told. Spacers are not technically required for tiles, they are highly recommended to ensure that the tiles are installed correctly and to help achieve a professional-looking finish.

I never suggest mat finishing tiles particularly in house its staining toomuch of maintaining even though its not brightining its very costly u can use in office its not suitable for kitchen
