Clerk ki job mein Kar skte ho, work hour fix rehta hai aur time mil jayega padhai ka. Po mein mushkil hai, jab tak daily work khatam nahi hota tab tak nahi ja skte aka raat 7 and sometimes even 9 o clock. loan related work/inspection aur special customers se deal krna padta hai. Stress bhi kaafi jyada hai. Agar already bahut tez ho padhai mein to hi aage study kar paoge.

Those who are choosing RRB PO over IBPS/SBI PO please consider below points 1. Growth aspects are very very less. 2. Career progression is very very slow. 3. Learning is very much limited, you will be jack of all trade but master of none. 4. Promotion beyond scale 4 is impossible(may be the one who has preferred IBPS will become your boss in long run). 5. Urban posting is only for the closed ones and sometimes may be to the union leaders, majority of the time you will be posted in the village, at best you can have tehsil level branch. 6. Respect in the society won't be at par with IBPS PO/SBI PO(inferiority will always be there) 7. You will loose all your soft skills after working for a long time in the rural areas and this will not only impact you but also your entire family. 8. Chances of getting hometown posting are not that much high for everyone(i.e. you might get the bank which is not serving in your district). 9. 5 year down the line there will be a huge difference in every aspect between you and to the one who preferred IBPS PO. So my suggestion is if you have plan to stay in the banking sector only and you have options to choose, I will suggest choose wisely. Even you don't have options try to prepare again for the nationalized banks, if you are not preparing for SSC/PSC. Now come on to the positive sides of working in RRBs 1. Posting in your home state only 2. Initial salary will be same as that of IBPS PO, but right now IBPS PO is getting benefits of 11th bipartite settlement, till now settlement is not implemented in any RRB. 3. Fresh vegetables will be easily available at no cost. 4. Most of the customers will not argue, they will do whatever you will suggest.

Join karne ke baad pata chal hi gaya hoga aapka chutiya kata gaya Ibps po me 2 yrs me scale 2 ban sakte he rrb po me 8 se 10 yrs, Ibps po me aap chairman tak ban sake he lekin rrb po me hardly scale 4 tak hi ja paoge, uske aalawa allowances me bahot difference he, every month 5k ka loss he ibps rrb po me, Ye sab join karne ke baad ab pata chal gaya hoga fir se ek aur video banao aur logo ko batao ki kese tumhara chutita kata🤣🤣🤣
