Difference between interpretation and construction, interpretation of statutes

Interpretation is further divided into two legal and doctrine and doctrine further divided into grammatical and logical Now as per definitn of logical =when the court goes beyond the words and tries to discover the intention of statue in some other way After reading this I'm totally confused now what is interpretation and construction bcoz logical interpretation has same meaning as of construction

Yes, construction is new development of Interpretation. When we go beyond the words of the statutes, it is construction. They are not mutually exclusive. I hope it helps.
