Mam Google say that When you open a file in 'w+' mode in Python, the file pointer is initially positioned at the beginning of the file, so the position is 0. Keep in mind that 'w+' mode truncates the file, so any existing content will be overwritten.

No..both are correct... Reason being that when we open the file in w+ mode, initially file will be blank..so in bkank file pointer is at beginning or end .. it's one and the same thing...
