Your explanation was good, but there were some mistakes. When straightening hair, we use same cream for both in that cream We have two types of cream: one for thick hair and one for thin hair. The resistance cream is for thin hair, and the extra resistance cream is for thick and springy hair. Additionally, you missed mentioning that double ironing is used for straightening, whereas smoothening only requires a single ironing pass. Using both methods will dry out and damage your hair, causing hair breakage. If the hairdresser applies the cream on your scalp, it may result in hair fall from the root. Keratin treatments can create dandruff on your scalp if the shampoo used has a pH level that is too high.

Better not to do any of these treatments .... Instead use conditioner n serum regularly... Take oil bath twice a week... Soak ur hair in good amount of oil... Do hair spa once in a month... Mainly avoid combing wet hair

Keratin doesn't cause any hair fall actually. But from my experience even though keratin provides smoothness in the beginning overtime my have has become much more frizzier than before. So I'm not a great fan of keratin.
