Hi Jemal, May i get clarifications on below my enquiry:- I just used to compare or rank the impact of predictors on dependent variables using Standardized coefficient but the rank order between independent variables with unstandard coeffient is different with respective to their Beta value

What about the negative constant ?

the constant is alpha value of the regression model which is not depend on the IVs whereas it affects autonomously. you can put in the equation form.
