event may be any happening, every event cannot be transaction and transactions is an just event back by financial condition or effecting finanacial position. Every transaction is an event.

Transactions are those events which are measurable , Economic Impact ,recorded in books of accounts , and must 2 entities involve ... Other than transactions we disclose in financial Statements as Notes
