Mere Bhai earthing is a process which safe human as well as equipment to connect the conductor with mother earth . because if any leakage or any fault in equipment that's create problem to human even then equipment.....in high voltage Condition.........mere Bhai grounding me kissi bhi equipment or pipe or plant ke machine ko ground se connect Karti hai. thanks to all my friends who keep my khayal

Could you please share the source of reference for this information ? I have been in power distribution line from 9 yrs, working in safety dept since 2016. Let me tell you the difference b/w earthing & grounding are the terms used for same purpose in British & American systems respectively. Even pioneer of electrical field with 33-35 yrs of experience would just call it british & american terms for same thing. Please share the your source of reference for our enlightenment. Thanks

he has used the term to understand the use of grounding or earthing to make the different term used to common people. he may be technically incorrect in quoting the term but the basic purpose of differentiation of both the term . it is common familiar in the town where earthing is misunderstood as grounding . what he explains is clear. ur stuck on the term and that too in america and britain. here In my village only phase wires are distributed and people take neutral from the household earthing . so ur point is correct but he could have explained the example of welding machines where the machine is given earthing on the body and while welding some other point is used for neutral for the circuit to complete and in my opinion would have been best example as the welder keeps a rod on the metal surface to test the electrodes. I think these terms are for just guards not technical expert where they should save people or themselves or crack interviews where such tricky terms are used.

No, because there is no flow of current in earth, but if there is any current leakage then any one can get electric shock.
