Figen hanım erişteli tarifte ben eristeleri çok az yağ ve su ilavesiyle suyunu çektirerek pişiriyorum, ıspanakları soğan ve sarımsakla çok az pişirip salan suyu tencerede bırakıyorum. Erişte ve ıspanakları birleştirip borcama döküyorum. Gerisi sizin tarifiniz gibi. Karışınca daha homojen oluyor, bir de erişteyi bir bardaktan fazla koymuyorum. Bir de öyle deneyin dilerseniz. Tarifleriniz şahane, emeğinize sağlık ❤️
