@ nohamajlis: That's incorrect. 1) the reason for the varying quantity of ayahs is that some scholars deem two to be counted as one, whilst other may deem them to be separate e.t.c. 2) Recitation is equal to dialect. e.g. in UK English we have a welsh accent, cockney accent to name a few, it doesn't means its two languages.
