Great idea! Not yet the owner of a table saw, but will be soon and definitely gonna be giving this a try! Seems like a great beginner's project. Thanks!

That monster mash tray was so cool. I would love to make stuff like this, my dad owns a vintage/used audio gear shop and stuff like this would be cool in there. Is there a way to make slots without a table saw? I’m super new to doing anything with wood, I only own a drill, a palm sander and a jigsaw but aside from those slots this looks super doable. It would be sick done with old beat up comics too.
@DieTrying13Ай бұрын
The comics would be really cool! You could use a router to cut the slots. You could probably get away with using a circular saw if you have a good setup. Search for cutting dados with a circular saw and see what you can find. Good luck!

Awesome video as always man! Just a thought but I bet if you took the record that came with the sleeve, you could heat gun it into a catchall bowl and combine it with the tray. Buyer feels like they're getting more for their money, and you get a nice way to get rid of the sleeveless record
