The Jerr Dan controls make more sense than century allthough I like Miller industries, Century Better. I can Run a jerrdan truck The Roll tilt and winch all in one movement with 1 hand I Cant with the century I learned with the Jerr Dan controls Other brands had it like a Jerr Dan too I operated a century LCG the other day and it was a super nice deck . Very impressed But the controls are annoying I would probably switch it around

@@GhettoWagon yeah the Jerr Dan controls made more sense. I deal like the miller setup is backwards but once you get used to them it’s fine.

@@TowMan127 Yea after 3 cars I pretty much had it down I kept messing up hitting the first lever to roll it. I found myself using my left hand more to use the controls Then I didnt Mess up. With the Jerr Dan I used to use one finger throw the 1st lever up. Then off the locks then use another finger down on the 2nd then i could use my other hand to use the winch all in one motion, I Used to SHAKE alot of cars off because the company gave us crap tools and no skates. No snatch block nothing really

@@GhettoWagon yeah after using one style for so long then switching trucks I would mess up 😂 it sucks when a company owner doesn’t provide the right tools for the operator to get the jobs done.

@@TowMan127 Ya Worlds biggest auction didnt care. This other place I went to was cool but the 12 hr shifts and probably having to fetch cars in water was not fun but it seems they are all like that. All I did before was point A point B transport stuff Or move already wrecked cars around

Jerr-dan is not really that popular in California thank God because I honestly don't like the quality in the builds we use a lot of century Chevron and Miller product my current truck is a century Vulcan SST all Miller controls are the same jerr-dan is the only one that's backwards great video though

Thanks! I’m a fan of Miller. I used to like Jerr-Dan years ago. I hated jumping from the century to the Jerr-Dan cause I would grab the wrong handles 😂
