what is epoxy paint?

epoxy is a paint where adhesion is its specialty and used as splash proofing. Epoxy is typically made from bisphermol a and epichlorohydrin in NaOH. Epoxy paint is a intermediate paint for coating steel, first a zinc undercoat then epoxy paint and over epoxy is polyurethene. Epoxy needs a coat over it otherwise it will wear off in 4 years if exposed.
