Thank you Maraji The slip-ups usually have a need to be heard. Sometimes, oversharing and then feeling like okay, what else can I say that will make them like me/be an interesting person etc Everything is spilled in about 2 secs and the regret that follows is like🤧😂 How to be more in control of what you say: constantly affirm yourself that you are adequate and you do NOT need to share information with anyone/any one that seems nice/mean to be accepted

The Self centered are people i like to talk with. They always teach you alot without you having to do anything in return. Actually i like them around. They love to talk and express themselves. They feel they have alot to say. And they allow you talk if you ask them to hold on or you ask questions. They are very conscious of themselves and what is going on in their lives. They are always self improving and are hardly influenced. I feel motivated around them. They respect you if you have something to offer in terms of value, achievements and intellect. They dont like listeners that don't pay attention
