Scalpers should be using the best timeframe for them. I assume if you’re scalping you’re trading very low TFs so I’d be looking just at the 1m structure demand zones supply zones etc and executing solely off that, while keeping in mind and high interest 5-15m zones so I don’t end up buying in a supply zone. Hope that helps :)

If the setups are there I’ll jump on, but usually they’re not. If I’ve made a happy profit I don’t need to risk my money on more trades so it all depends on 1) if there really is a trade good enough and 2) if I’m in the active mindset to trade or 3) if I’m even looking at the markets (because after a healthy profit I often sign off for the week) hope that helps!

So to you if the yearly chart is bearish does that mean you only sell on the 4h & 1h timeframes? and would never buy in a 4h uptrend? because that is 'counter trend?'... to me the phase counter trend is dumb, you can trade WITH the trend on various timeframes and on different timeframes that trend is going to be different. I say trade with the trends while they happen. Be a bit dynamic
