Seriously speaking, the problem with the new strides decks has its pros and cons. Its pro is that the first stride does not have a very high cost but they limit it a lot and its con is that its first stride is not very relevant, the other decks such as chronojet, messias, shira and luard their first turn of stride are very good .
@chezboi85162 ай бұрын
I mean tbh I don't think that is too much of a problem bc the deck generates a bunch of resources overall. But I do see your point about how it lacks attk power on 1st stride.

@@chezboi8516 Maybe in the future if Bunshi plans to live the D format they can release a third stride that may be more flexible , For example, a stride that when it declares an attack pays x cost in case of ''granblue'' you call a card unit with hollow from your drop

I rose player should have realised that 2 rosariums where damaged and 2 on board and started swinging at them to force revives and keep them selves in heal range since lianorn was able to heal 3 times

The main problem with nightrose is that it only made 3 attacks, while all other stride decks made 4 attacks at least So, even if the thinning deck is fast and your hand is big, you still only made 3 attack while your opp only goes g3 means either they plus much or rush you. Harri at least made 4 attack, and Harri stride can put 2 opp rg into soul

I agree with u, ur speaking so many facts. I do agree that 4>3. That’s why I personally think mag elder is the best deck in format right now

Kinda confused, why did they go obadiah again on 2nd stride? Why not just go for rose multi attack?
@nicholaslayardi14472 ай бұрын
maybe They couldn't?
@TheMrharis202 ай бұрын
It's possible they didn't have a copy of g3 rose in hand. Since g4 rose needs you to discard the g3 rose, they couldn't stride into it
@TheMrharis202 ай бұрын
Actually I couldn't see what they discarded for the stride here so I went to the stream and they did discard g3 rose to stride so I'm now also unsure why they went into the Obadiah again

Sometimes you need more power and opponent's hand is still big. So striding obadiah is an optimal way to gain more power to kill them next turn. It also allow them to waste a pg before their Nightrose g4 turn.

Problem with nightrose (and harri) is your first stride is only 3 attacks, meaning you have essentially no pressure on the first grade 3 turn. So if you go first, youre essentially 2 turns behind on getting multi

@Stujieee96 not nearly as much though, comparing the 4 attack pressure to 6 attack. Plus even the 4 attack doesn't have a lot of power to it, so it still falls short

@@ahmes004 standard is like RNG fest where drive check carries you really hard. And I mean reeeeeealy hard, because you have like 0 shield in format. You can be a total vegtable player and drive check your opponent into oblivion while he got 0 defensives. Meanwhile in premium you got heal guards and G guards to guard big numbers and you have to plan ahead your turn. Damage deny is also meaningful in prem.
