Differential ADC/ADC Modes Overview with Pressure Sensor Demo

Interesting, i kind of have this problem measuring lithium voltages using adc pin on arduino, its setup for a range of 5v but i only ever measure between 4.2 and 2.5, sort of wasting the rest of the resolution. Not a big deal but nice to see something to address this issue, although I thought you could just get around that programatically with an offset, like map all your readings to a smaller range but never managed to make it work (lack of math skills).

Can two single ended ADC's be made into a differential ADC?
