Is1 is set as minimum as possible in order to give sensitivity to differential relay but it is so chosen that due to mismatch of tap position it should not operate. Again next slopes are given to maintain stability due to through fault. You can go through video kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6TGaoqpntagd5Y

When Id is set to 0.3 In, what is In here? since transformer has 2 In. first In for LV side, second is In for HV side

For HV side, In will be the full load current of HV side expressed in secondary terms. Similarly, for LV side, In will be the full load current of LV side expressed in secondary terms.

Sir i have doubt that we need to inject HV LV value after multiplying with matching factor? Or without matching factor as relay will multiply with matching factor internally?
