Sir, I am dr. Md. Samshuddin, 52 yrs old, a Bangladeshi physician, d. Ortho writing as a patient. I am suffring from RA and had bilateral hip and replaced in 1997. I was well. But in 2019 i developed an RTA, then # femur rt , Ex fix - non union - and then Revision arthoplasty done in Bangladesh but failed. 2021, in chennai, girdle stone surgery rt hip done but post op osteomyelitis developed. 2022 in NITOR Bangladesh, a custom made prosthesise done but it is dislocated.
