Thanks man!! This is the exact video I was looking for as I was so overwhelmed by the builders out there.

That's great. There are many out there but I found Dify to be the best all rounder and love the open source nature

Great job! This chatbot answers various customer questions. However, I would like to ask you two things: How is it possible to respond to the customer while also asking questions to profile them? Once the answers are received, how can they be stored to provide increasingly accurate responses? So, for example, if the customer says they are interested in a motherboard, the chatbot suggests some options and then asks, "Do you already have a computer, or are you looking to build one?" The customer responds, and the chatbot stores the answer and provides a solution, possibly asking another profiling question.

That's a great approach. I'm not so sure with Dify to be honest. In Langchain I'd build up a context memory for each interaction but I'm not advanced enough with Dify to know how you would write to a short term memory like that. I'll be coming back on Dify with more tutorials so I'll cover that.

Hi, I'm using the API to send messages, but only the last response from the language model and my question are stored in the chat; the whole conversation isn't there. Why could that be? Cheers!
@RobShocks9 күн бұрын
Hmmm, I'll be honest I'm not entirely sure on that one. Could be a context limit, or perhaps it's there but choosing only to show the lastest message in the interface. Have you checked out the Dify community support?

How do we create a CRM UI log in a dashboard style, to accommodate Dify for Agencies? That would be a gamechanger!

Hey Rob, what was the prompt you entered on both the LLMs to which you added the context variable
@RobShocks2 ай бұрын
Here you go: Use the following context as your learned knowledge, inside XML tags. {{#context#}} When answer to user: - If you don't know, just say that you don't know. - If you don't know when you are not sure, ask for clarification. Avoid mentioning that you obtained the information from the context. And answer according to the language of the user's question.

This probably looks great on a 4k display by itself, but trying to follow it with video on one side and Dify on the other is just ridiculous. The interface elements are illegible and two thirds of the screen is white space.

@@gonebabygone4116 Thanks! I realised that too late sorry I recorded on the wrong screen. Won’t let that happen again. Plan to optimise for mobile.
