I will take your feedback into consideration. The reason most companies don't use roll-up doors is due to cab pressurization. The roll up doors do not hold pressurization after a few hundred hours in most cases. Yanmar does give the option for both worlds with this machine. Which is why I like the design. Thank you for watcing.

Roll-up doors are inferior due to long term cabin pressure. The roll-up doors co not do well over the long term. Although, I do agree it is nice to operate with the door up, this machine gives you both options.

@@Grggeorge That is in fact an interesting question and is technical in nature. This machine, is hopefully just what we needed, due to the fact most machines are too butt heavy for the steep grades we work on. Counterweights are great for increasing the specs on lifting capacity, but make the machine too butt heavy for many applications. I think it is fair to say, more than 1 machine might be needed depending on application...unfortunetly.

You can tell they merged with ASV. I have a 2023 ASV RT 50 and there’s some things on the inside that look just like it.. I would like to get a hold of that guy about adding a foot throttle to my machine. He seemed very knowledgeable ,It has the Yanmar engine &the guys at ASV are pretty rude, I called ASV in Minnesota direct last week ,he said it couldn’t be done. Seems weird the same horsepower tractor has a foot throttle ,so I should be able to get the pedal and throttle position sensor.

I don't have any specifics, but I can tell you a few things. Yamar invented the mini-excavator, John Deere and others are putting Yanmar powerplants in everything that is in their compact categories (mini ex, skids, loaders, etc). They have proven their worthiness to the point other companies have said "screw it" lets just pur Yanmar in our machines. Even if you go with a different company, it has a good chance of being a Yanmar engine. My Yanmar mini ex has had no issues and runs very strong at 1K hours. Hope that helps.

Yes, this allows for some newer technology that is very helpful for some companies. I do understand not everyone is a fan (including one of my guys).

First one east side of Mississippi here I’ve had the same machine since December. I’ve had quite a few problems with mine. It’s got 44hrs on it and it’s April 3 today. Let ya know how much it’s been on the job site…not much. Issues with parking brake has got everyone scratching their heads for 3 weeks now…won’t move Mostly tinkering issues like brass grease fittings on undercarriage that have been replaced steel ones that broke off. Loading truck first day on job and was stuck in cab for an hr or so because it threw a code while bucket was dump position over in the bed of a truck. I like the machine …I just should have waited for another year for them to get bugs out.
