Great to hear from you again and see the progress you are making. I particularly like the comparative simplicity of your track plan. Sometimes in model railways we are tempted to make things too complicated. As Chris Ellis said many years ago it’s better to have a simple track plan that works than something more complex that gives endless problems. I wish I had followed that advice!

Couldn't agree more! Some of my previous ideas were a lot more complicated, and it took quite a while to settle on this one. Perhaps it's good that I'm restricted by budget and space after all!
