Where I get a lot of my gear: highplainspros...
This new Native American site is going to be loaded with artifacts, like arrowheads, gorgets, pottery, stone tools, grinding stones and so much more. We're uncovering ancient history from every level of our holes. So far there have been middens in nearly every hole and in this video we uncover one unlike any I have seen before. It is absolutely loaded with fascination remnants of the Native people of this land's ancient diet. This dig site needs much more attention. Something even more amazing than what was found here, in this video, will turn up soon.
Thanks for watching.

I'd almost be willin' to bet ,like that young man digging for points a young native son was trying to make a knife like his father or elder brother and he created that crazy knife blade you showed towards the end of the video. ONWARD SIR & thanks for bringing us along for the ride been very enjoyable. 😊GODBLESS

.They lived there friend. You found evidence of what they ate and the tools they used to survive. Good place to continue exploring. You can find a complete ceramic object. BLESSINGS.

Question, why don’t you use a small bucket of water to wash the points and stuff? Honest question.

Hey peeps love your channel! Question for you, what key factors determine where I should dig for points. I live in rural Wisconsin 1/4 mile from a small creek. The larger rivers around here produce some great finds. But I'm wondering if the Indigenous people utilized smaller creeks for living drinking etc. Thanks in advance!

Or, what key factors determine where to dig for ANY native artifacts? Civil War artifacts? How deep for each? I live in rural Gastonia in North Carolina, just a couple miles South of Crowders Mountain which is connected by a small ridge to Kings Mountain where The Battle of Kings Mountain took place. I recently bought a metal detector but don't have a clue as to what to look for when searching for a good place to start diggin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the amount of small shells called for small arrow heads or smaller tools

So did you find anything lower than 2 feet down? Seems where we dig at about 2-2,5 feet down it stops. May still get some shell but no points? We get a lot of pottery fragments too

I don't believe that they are digging on tribal owned land. Especially now in the present days..

It's private land obviously sorry to disappoint you. If the tribes want to buy the land they should have plenty of cash to do so with all the hideous casinos they have built and taxes they have avoided paying.

They say Clovis stuff is about ten feet down. That’ll be different I’m sure in places with shallow bed rock. Y’all ever dig that deep? I’d say every culture used about the same spots

There had to be many, that were not good at making points. Understand? Alot of trying to make points going on. You will find plenty of junk. There was just a few in village that could chip. Think about it...

No. That just invites the govt and then they strip one's rights away, cordon it off and no one learns anything. I've seen it happen many times in this artifact-rich area. They suk. We know what went on; nothing more to be gleaned that would earth-shattering. It's just cool. Lived w the Navajo and they despised the govt telling them what they could and could not do with their land. It's all crap. They want control or iwnership of all the natural areas to force us into urban areas. Do your research. Don't be a s h e e p. Agenda 2030, etc

I am just suggesting that the above poster who wanted archeology done should be the one to pay for it, not this channel’s diggers.@@thorkinsey4793 Although, to be fair, we have learned very valuable things from academic diggers and their methodical reconstruction, despite the bad example you report. There’s a balancing act between cultural preservation and the rights of individuals on private property, I don’t prefer either side.

They use the slate more than anything. The natives ground the slate down to powder. For drawings war paint on face etc.
