Buddy, in the state of Maine. We use a Clam hole to flip muddy rocks to retrieve Clams. If you had one you can flip layers off. Look up claim digging in Maine. Hope this helps

To separate the rocks and mud get a drywall mixer that will fit in a cordless drill and with one of your lids put the mixer on the lid and trace around it. Cut the hole and then you can mix the materials in the bucket and nothing will escape you have to put the lid on the bucket properly. I have done this to clean my mixing stick as I have been drywall and every parts of it since I left school and that was in 1988

Why do some of your diamonds fluoresce under UV light? I wonder what mineral does that to your diamonds. It is so amazing to me. I love your channel! Keep it going :)))

Aw thank you! The diamonds that Flores have Fluorescent Minerals inside of them from when the diamond was formed, or maybe it’s from being resorbed. Not 100% sure on that.

@@DiamondMinerIvins I bet you're correct about the diamonds absorbing some of the fluorescing minerals as you show the other stones doing that around your finds. Very interesting to say the least. I went to the beach at night last year with a UV light to find stones that glow green. We found a few but nothing too special. I'll bet that it's the same principal :)

@@DiamondMinerIvins My guess is that they know the hole will be viewed on KZbin and they don't want to give too many people the idea that they can just go dig without knowing the safety rules. Not many will work as hard as you do to do the right thing. You would think they would appreciate the free publicity. I see that since you have taken so many buckets out of that one area that it is creating a depression and marking that spot for Jack to find.

Only the diamonds that will fluorescent. And the critter dumb State Park is loaded with them vs other areas in the world where diamonds are found. It’s rare anywhere else! Anywhere reason why Arkansas Diamonds are worth more

I’m not normally one to comment when I think I see a diamond, because you get a lot of comments saying people see a diamond. But it looks like you had 2 diamonds on that flip. And I’m serious go to the time stamp 26:56 slightly to the left of the center it looks like a brown diamond. Granted it’s 3 years later and you probably won’t even see this comment and if you do you probably already sold that gravel.
