Proud of Diggy for openly discussing this. It's called ruminating, where you obsess over the same thoughts over and over. I have it as well. I have to literally say "STOP" out loud and intentionally change focus. It's easy for deep thinkers, people who don't realize how much they care about being perfect, not letting others down, not being embarrassed, it all ties together. I wish him much success.

I respect him for being honest when it comes to not being ready to be in a committed relationship because often times man jump from woman to woman knowing damn well they not ready to commit and they need that moment alone to get right with themselves & often times females want to be in a relationship so bad eventhough the man told them I'm not ready they still want to be with that person & want to act all hurt when they get cheated on when he made it clear in the first place where he stands.
