well probably the best way to know if a music is psychedelic or not, is to take LSD and listen to it... but as i never tried and never will i can't tell ! :-D anyway everyone will agree to say that Battle of the future Buddhas is more psychedelic than Shiva chandra, so i do think it's not only from a matter of taste and personal perspective

Depends on what mood your in...atm im loving this more than i usually do and prefer it to prana... All goa has the same kind of sound i don't know what you would call it and im not talking about the bass. This has more atmosphere more melody so if anything your full of crap : )

We need more goa music mixed with "real" music.. for the real epic feeling ;D We have a groupe in switzerland called Simply D. They play live with guitatar and violin. Or there is Bubble(israel), i dont like his style, but he playes live with his saxophone. Or a few tracks like "frequed frequency - landing".. but there is not much with real music=( but digicult is one of my fav artists. Even the bassline got a own melody :D Awesome

Not it's not. Goa is psychedelic and full on is supposed to be psychedelic as well. But in general full on is less psychedelic, less melodic, less atmospheric, more punchy, more dance floor oriented. Listen to 1200 mics, and listen to Prana - Scarab for example, you'll hear a difference, Prana is pure goa, 1200 mics is full on crap.
