There is a section I cut last minute about general Omnimon team building. This section expanded a bit more on the typical Omnimon team(TK/Hikari/3xOmni), what each unit brings to the table, team shortcomings, Joe replacements, etc. I will hopefully be releasing that as a standalone video soon. Plz talk about how many skill boosts and who needs ro charge on turn one. Do I need to transform JK and also use his 2t skill? Or do I omnimon skill twice turn 1

@@hven.e In my experience, the simplest explanation is this: You need to have at least two Omnimons with 2+ turn charge equips. You may need the third to have one as well, depending on how many SBAs, you can squeeze into the team (mine has 26 in total, and it just works), and you can adjust the final number with the Omnimons' super awakenings. It's also important that the last charge equip you use shouldn't mess with the board. For the sake explanation, let's label the three Omnimons on the team A, B, and C. Once you have the basics down, the rest of the rotation is fairly self-evident: Make sure all Omnimons can use their equip skill. Use A's equips skill (in my case, it's the one without charge), then B's equip skill. Make sure that the latter has at least 2 charge. After that, transform Hikari, who charges A and B, and sets up the board so TK can also be transformed. Now, Joe should be transformable, but before that, A should have it's skill up, so use it. Then transform Joe, who then charges A and B. Now A should be on his second skill, so use it, which sets up the board, and then you finish up with C's equips skill, which should have at least 2 charge as well. The result is that all the kids' skills should be up, the board is set up with tricolor+hearts, and B, A, and C have their skills ready, on a 3t cooldown, and on a 5t cooldown, respectively. Like this, everything's set up. You solve the board. Next turn, use B and Joe, then B again, then A and Joe, then A again, then C and Joe, and finally C again before you make a full loop and B is available again. It looks and sounds complicated, but once you get the jist of it, it's like a puzzle that makes sense in retrospect.

The reward omnimon could be used for no dupes teams with a regular one as they have different names and paired with a helper omnimon the loop still works

Oh good tip, GH hasn't released an endgame nondupes dungeon so it hasnt been a big deal yet. But if they do the reward omni will come in clutch!

Digivice is a sync material, so I would make sure to pick one up. (It’s kind of annoying equips are now syncs, since I usually like them unskillled…)

Thanks for the video, as usual. I did my rolls, and ~270 MS gave me Joe, TK, and Hikari, and like half a dozen copies of the Green kids, but otherwise I was pretty unlucky, not pulling any Omnimons. Then, since I had exactly 5 MS left over, I decided to buy the $30 Omnimon pack, and that multi gave me two more Omnimons in one go. As such, now I'm sitting on a ton of fodder I don't know what to do about. I'll probably trade for one more Omnimon for the equip, because there's nothing else worth trading for in there.

Oh at least you managed to get the whole team. If you have all that fodder and see no use for it, another omni for the equip might not be a bad idea for the future

@@guamuchill Yep, it's cool. The only two problems I had with the team so far were that nailing down the starting rotation so that everyone transforms and the Omnimon skill cooldowns line up with Joe's was a bit of a PITA, and that... well, I don't really have any place to properly stress-test the team. I'm not interested in the title challenge, and the new monthly quest C15 is still five days away, so while I can tell that the team is powerful, I'm not sure how convenient or comfy it is in late/end-game content. One interesting thing I noted though was that, surprisingly enough, the Omnimon team doesn't really seem to care about board shrinks. Between TK's fixed move time and his spinner, it's surprisingly easy to do a full activation even on a 4x5 field, which was my biggest worry about this team. Now, my current biggest worry is that I don't know how it could deal with those ridiculous telegraphed hits in newer dungeons, considering it's pretty damn hard to squeeze a shielder into this template without dropping TK and running a dual-Omnimon leader team instead, which has its own woes as I can see.

Partially, but also because wood att just never gets a chance to shine. Even loaded machines like Digimon tend to have mobs of other attributes outshining them entirely.

Any recommendations for a returned whos barely gettin back into PaD and got an Omnimon team up? Not much of an idea about dealing with the awoken tamadras + the assists. Any of the current digimon item assist you'd suggest grabbing for TK/Kairy/Joe/Omni x3?

If you havent done so, finish up all the story dungeons, normals and early technicals for stones. Also as many of the monthly quests as you can. Some of these(mainly story and monthlies) give out resources that new players might be lacking. As for equips, it might be hard to get haste equips to get all the units to transform turn 1 for a new/returning player. You ideally want the haste equips on the omnimons to tf Joe/TK/Hikari and get the other omnimons to up to cycle. Piximon's and Devimon's equips are low rarity haste equips from this collab, these dont have tHP or dmg awakenings which you usually want, but if you're not doing the newest endgame dungeons you do not need those and these low rarity equips should work well enough for most other content.

What is a good non transform team for 3 omnimon?

You could go Omni / cleric / flex / 2x Omni. Without TK you probably want someone to fix move time debuffs. Flex could be an att abs voider if you dont want to run att abd latents on omnimons. There's so many possibilities! You could even run this team in 7x6, and then your flex could be a board size fixer. Dual omnis have an insanely high LS multi with 4+ TPAs, so you can even have bad equips and all omnis and probably still easily reach 40B cap.

Will the JJK Collab have anything worth saving for this time?

JJK has Sukuna(orbskin, could buy for $20) and MeiMei(midrariry, have to roll it) and thats pretty much it for what is still relevant in JP. BGM Gojo is strong but you need 2+ copies of him. Unless you're a huge fan of dark teams, I would spend most of my stones here for omnimons

Thank you now I can make better judgment on what to trade and what to keep. My brother acc with 200 stones got the whole set up and 2 omni. While my main acc 220 stones only fodder a single tk and sora my new acc 511 stones and only got a single omni and everything else. but no tai in all 3 accounts

Omnis prefer equips with damage awakenings with charge skills, that way they'll haste each other and joe and you can get them cycling asap. Equips on the other kids could be anything, but like always tHP, OEs, and SB equips are always the best kinds.

On Omnis any 10c, 7c, TPA+ haste equips work. They dont have to have haste, but that's usually what you want to start cycling Joe and transform Hikari and TK. Those other 3 can just have anything, preferably some tHP equips with OEs and SB if needed.

You need to also get the collab equip from the event medals and also max skill that before u can get ur barrels

You also need the digivice to unlock the sync awakening, sorry I thought you only needed apocalymon. On top of those being maxed skilled, you also need them max leveled.

@@christopherkotarsky1431 You could go from the monster tab -> extra enhancements -> sync awakening and select the unit from there. Or from the edit team screen tap on the unit -> enhance -> sync awakening. If you can't do it from there it means you might not have enough coins(need 100k) or one or both of the needed units are not max level and max skilled. Apocalymon needs to be lvl 120 and the digivice lvl 99.

I tried running Yamato / Evo Yamato / Joe / Evo Joe / Ollie Kirimichan / Yamato in the billion title dungeon and struggled to make it to floor 4. The team has a very low start since Yamato doesnt haste/delay on transformation. I'll keep trying to improve the team and maybe upload a clear of the billion title soon. But if not I feel like those subs are a good starting point, just gotta get a lot SB. You could probably replace evo Joe for someone else too 🤔

Yeah sorry, I forget sometimes that there are some reatrictions for the exchanges. Cant use some of the exchangeable units, badge units, and BGM units as fodder. But for some reason you can use orbskins. And yeah sucks about diablromon. I think I rolled like 4 and would rather use most as omni fodder too
