Guys, "play" effects don't trigger when you digivolve them. Playing a card and digivolving a digimon are both seperate from eachother! Still liked the video, please keep uploading digimon :D

TBF, They also forgot that Snimon is a Security Digimon that lets it be played from Security too which has the effect, when played, suspend one of your opponents Digimon. Had they remembered that, Chris would have won round 2 by being able to suspend one of the attackers while also having 2 Digimon in play now so I'd say the misplays from Game 1 evened out. They did warn of potential misplays at the start of the video after all XD That being said, Alec forgot that Gatomon just searches for Purple and Yellow digimon and not Angel specific so he missed drawing Wizardmon and Whitchmon/Ghostmon when playing it in Game 3 :(

So the Stingmon and Exveemon still Digivolve for 2, but their play cost in the upper left corner gets reduced by 1 if you have a colored Digimon in play depending on the effect. Just for future reference if ya do more games :D.

Just a few of the misplays I noticed from game 1: 3:45 its only reduced by 1 if you play it not digivolve it so it still costs 2 5:30 same as above 6:10 you still get to draw for dna digivolve 6:40 you get to draw for stingmons effect

Gonna help yall out with a few mentions here...firstly, in competitive events (all just for clarity of play)...mulligans are currently being halted at regional level events. On regular locals, its up to judges. For th exveemon, you dont get the play eff. "Play" wording means hard cast vs digivolve means go over another digimon. When attacking with paildramon, you need to draw 1 for each attack. Its mandatory because allows fairness for deckout. For mastemon, you are suppose to play higher counts of 4 and 5s so the ratios are different. For pail attacks, before the check is made, he unsuspends. For mastemon, always draw first for digivolving and then resolve effect.

I’ve been out of it for a set or two but I bought boxes of the first 5 sets and the game is a ton of fun. There’s a lot of room for some fun casual play as well which is good.

That's why I always buy 2 starter decks; the best cards usually only come in 2s. Also, you got greedy in game 3. Sometimes it's better to play the long game. If you had played Salamon then you would've had 2 blockers on field to block either 1 or both of the attacks.

I really enjoy this game! The memory system seems like it should keep power creep issues largely in check. It's just a lot of fun overall! Go play it, people!

Nah game has big power creep issue. Like the current sets are always the best/fastest and the game doesn't even have blocks. So all the past decks are still legal but arent good. Will say Hybri decks kinds stick around becauae that mechanic is over powered

thats wrongly played. so exveemon when played not digievolved so you needed full digievolve cost. it litterly states: when this card would played from hand. if you control a green digimon reduce playcost by one
