Actually digimon has a pretty good track record with recolors, only the really old ones like psychemon and blackwargreymon are straight up recolors. they generally manage to tweak the model a little bit.

Why does Hawkmon and Armadillomon's Digivolution families seldom make it to the Digimon games (compared to other Digidestined Digimon)? Something I was thinking about when looking at the Field Guide.

Yeah, that's right. Valkyrimon is at least Hawkmon's known mega. But in the case of Armadillomon, I think another possible mega is Lampmon (but it looks too weird to be his real mega). Well, right now Vikemon is its mega in Digimon Masters online, but it would be awesome if it's true mega would be a sort of divine being (to relate to Shakkoumon's details) or to be a sort of Dinosaur-like Digimon.

Yeah they die and get reborn. It’s more about being able to raise digimon than fighting them. The more you progress in the game the stronger digimon you are able to raise. Basically you’re goal is to make your starter digimons great grandchildren the ultimate digimon. It’s super grindy but if you absolutely love digimon I think you might enjoy it

Agunimon is a Champion level Digimon.

He is but the Japanese version only had Agunimon and Susasnoomon, so they put him as an Ultimate so he could go right into it. The western remaster added Kaiser and Magna, bumped Susanoomon up to an Ultra but still left Agunimon as an Ultimate. He is the correct level as a Champion in Hacker's Memory

It's the original name, Air Shot. Why they decided to be so inconsistent with using the Japanese name and English localized names is a whole other story. Also, Fire Phaser and Death Parade Blaster? Not only do they not commit to Japanese or English, but they are making up new translations too. At least English language Digimon is being consistent with the fact that they are inconsistent? >_>

I actually disagree. I really enjoyed Next Order! It def has flaws and isn't perfect but it was one of the more entertaining digimon games for me in quite a few years!

Peter Tilton you do realize that digimon is japanese and if they translate every attack word by word, the names can differ from the english dub of the anime

Well they put a lot of the American Attacks, "Terra Force" instead of "Gaia Force", "Ice world Claw" instead of "Giga Cross Freezer", "Strike of the Seven Stars" instead of "Seven Heavens", "Fire Tornado" instead of "Holy Flame".

While I love how they use the original Japanese names for some of the attacks (I just prefer the original names), the lack of consistency bugs me. Either have all attacks named after the original Japanese show, or the American dub. The mixture of both kinda bothers me
