diego beats all Chaosmon is in that same final dungeon, you just needed to swap the order of the Blue, Red, and Yellow crystals and that would open a portal, as for Sleipmon, that's on the Ice Cavern's extra area, where you have to beat him along with Jumbogamemon

That's physically impossible since the maximum damage you do in the game is 9999 while omegamon has 1 million+.
