Probably not. They would think it's a virtual reality game without a thorough explanation. If anything, they'd unplug the computer; only then would they think of it as something more when Ken doesn't appear after the computer is unplugged.

Fact: Ken’s Dad’s name is Davonte Anthony Tyreeq Ichijouji and his mom’s name is Lakeisha LaShawna Chantal Ichijouji Ken’s full name is: Kenneth JaMarcus Tyrese Ichijouji and his brother’s full name is: Samuel Javonte Marquis Ichijouji but Ken will always call him by his nickname Osamu.
