I just purchased this pack, and with no exaggeration I spent 2 hours straight going through the sounds, and making projects. Can’t wait until you put out a song using these sounds. I was so inspired to create. The stereo sounds are just lovely. What’s really cool is that most of the sounds actually blend well with each other. Just start layering the sounds, and the magic begins!

These are actually samples ... it would be impossible to design such sounds with synths. It's a Digitakt II sound pack and therefore everything here is based on samples.

Thanks a lot mate !! These are really big steps that Elektron has just taken ... already with the Digitakt II and now REALLY with the new Digitone ... these are definitely next level devices. The samples are actually included separately with the sound pack and can easily (and reasonable) be used in other samplers (71 mostly seamless looping samples / 550 MB in total / 16bit 48khz / stereo)

But have managed to ignore it almost completely to get DigiSphere II done … very very hard 😅.. but now I have finally time to dive in fully. DigiTales II will come but I need a little rest and time to just make music before I jump into the next sound design project. This one took quite some time.

@@substan_music Indeed haha, I figured as much, from one committed Digitone enthusiast to another! On a side note, the inspiration of your video dynamic background finally made its way into my latest video and marks the beginning of a new chapter for me! It turns out that Imaginando VS on iPad was capable of outputting video at a 16:9 ratio and it's much more usable than I thought even though it's struggling to maintain 60 fps at times. What I did with it so far is rather basic and isn't exactly aligned with my preference artistically speaking but I needed to get the first video showing the new "tech" out as I was running out of juice! Now that I've taught myself about doing the transparency thing in Davinci Resolve, it's got me starting to wonder if the paid version of Resolve would be worth it in the long run because of the smart filters to potentially do green screening, which is what I believe you're using as well (aside from Videosync)? Cheers!

Are these just Wav/Aif files? I’m thinking of porting them over for the OP-1 Field. Even if they are longer samples I can use the Digichain app to pitch them up so they will fit on the OP-1.

@@tColorsinspacerecordings These are sounds for the Digitakt II but the 71 samples the sounds are based on are included separately. wav files / 16bit 48khz / stereo / 550 MB in total … quite long samples (mostly 30-60 seconds)

No ... the sounds doesn´t work on OG Digitakt. You could just use the samples ... but these are quite long (over 550 MB in total) and would be converted to mono wich could introduce clicks when looping.

Thanks for the Sound Pack. Great. Do I have to put your samples folder in the main directory samples of my DT2, or can I put the samples folder into one of my personal directory sorted folders?

You can put them where you want since they are referred by their hash and thus can be found in any directory.
