@@vagueversatile I did upgrade from a Digitakt to an OT and regretted it. I ended up selling both but do regret the Digitakt. FX are way better on the Digitakt and OT, depending on what you want to do, can bring an overwhelming sense of possibilities, in the sense that you just don't know what to make of it...

@@vagueversatile Interesting, I always thought the results didn't match the expectations on this one... Despite the "mono" problem with the Digitakt I'm sure I could have made something better with it, truly! Can't wait for M8 V2, instant buy! Better display but even better: 12 hours charge! Mine only lasts an hour and a half nowadays :(

Sooooo good man. Watching now and loving the groove. Part of me wants to try the DT, but the other part wants to try the OT (again). Find any limitations with mono sampling on the DT?

Thank you! I am debating on the same topic. Still a few days to decide if I send back and swipe for an OT. The mono versus stereo is not the main reason for me. It is more the fact that the OT has more storage, can be used as a true live looper for live improvisation and create variations with the parts. But on another hand the DT has built in usb midi & audio + overbridge & very quick and inspiring workflow. Difficult choice. There is also a risk that Elektron releases a new flagship sampler in a near future so it might be worth it to wait before buying an OT. I don’t know 😅
