Digital Cielo Saga 2 - Heat

A fight of questionability. I'd say Serph is allowed since his presence alone makes the fight a little more manageable. Even with that much HP Cielo is nearly oneshot by a charged special phys attack from Heat.
My own rules as the sorta founder of this challenge: Serph is allowed, but he cannot act.
