i once had this Chinese clock lit worked great for a long time, once by mistake 5v got reversed, instantly damaging in the clock IC, now left with the common cathode display.

Hi, I use 60w porcelain core soldering iron, and 63% - 37% solder lead!

I love when people just build off schematics but don't know what the hell they're building.What is that photoresistor even for in that ? You never demonstrated it's use

Thank you for watching! Photoresistor used to adjust brightness in Auto mode. As mentioned in the previous version, there are a lot of setting items in the manual. Because of the limited video length, I can't list them all. Thanks again!
