I use to run jl audio when they first came out in a sealed enclosure? Then I went to kicker but then when I heard DD I was impressed? But FI is the smoothest subwoofer I ever owned? And the price is reasonable and hand built in the United States just like DD

You want the box to make the noise not he subwoofer. The subwoofer just moves air and you want it as quiet as possible while its moving air. Its called mechanical noise and its bad...
