Meri last agency band ho gayi jise start hue bhi bus 4 maheene hue they... Reason: 1. Sales team nhi to client ka aana almost namumkin. 2. Jo client aaye bhi to unhe serve nhi kar paaye. 3. Pricing model in-appropriate. 4. Mai digital marketer hu, but mujhe graphic design bhi ata hai...meri mistake ye ho gayi ki galti se 3 logos maine bana diye kyuki graphic designer kahi par atak raha tha... 5. 4 logo ki matra team usme bhi divide and rule karne ki koshish. 6. Kaam karne ka proper format nhi pata, aur jise pata hai uski sunni bhi nhi. **Most important thing is...logo ko lagta hai ki andha pesa hai marketing agency m...jo ki hai...lekin log lagaane ko taiyyar bhi nhi hai... 😂

Indeed, also had experience with one of the big marketing agency recently and before signing they told our current campaigns are not optimised bla bla, they will give x amount of result and when they started working, same result like earlier and becoming worse every month that too after paying 1.5 lac agency fee along with marketing spend going in loss when working with freelancer. I hired the freelancer again and result is much better.

First of all you can run your agency remotely and about salaries make a contract based team or hire a freelancer who takes money as per the clients as some fixed percentage and by your revenue you can run your ads and scale your agency
