Same thing is happening to me - I was at 13.5 lpa and I resigned in Feb..during the notice period of 3 months I tried so much but I failed to get a job and today it's 27th oct and I am working on less then half salary which is 60k per month I used to get this salary in 2018. Now I feel so bad , depressed and frustrated of the interview patterns that got changed so much that even companies don't know what they Re seeking from candidates..my expertise lies in marketing automation, seo, ppc campaigns and social media. Aur aise maine itni mehnat ki in saalo mein ki muje lagne lag gaya that digital marketing is an ongoing study. Itna kuch new aata rehta hai on a monthly basis . Banda kab tak kya kya karega jab usko wo results ni milega. It a kuch up down a ke baad agar baad mein apko half se kam salary pe kaam karna pad raha hai tou iss bura career decision mere liye kuch ni ho sakta hai. Maine interviews de diya hai aur jb b koi HR call aata hai usssye bat karke ye samajh me aa jata hai company ka vision hiring ke liye kita clear hai ya na. Wo log 2-3 interview rounds ki baat karte hai aur wo elu fs 5-6 tak strech ho jaate hai and then they ghost you. It a hi ni meri profile job vacancy ke liye confirm hone baad b companies be muje ghost kiya. Ab kuch ni samjh aata mein kya karu. Mein apni current company me project basis pe kaam karti hu aur ek time mein wo log multiple projects dete hai jo ki worth ni hai jitna wo muje pay karre hai. Unke maje hai ki itne kam package 360 degree marketing person mil gaya lekin muje pata hai it's all exploitation. Khud ke liye acha ni lagta jab aap 10 saal se same profile mein ho lekin baad mein aap ek dum half se b Kam salary mein aap karna pad raha hai. Google analytics, Google tag manager, aur search console plus multiplee seo tools and marketing automations tools me expertise ke baad ye haal hai.

The host is very self obsessed. Mene yeh kar diya, mai yeh kar raha hu, mai aisa karta hu, mai yeh mai woh. C’mon man you invited umer bhai and telling your story, being a host you should be a good listener. Naam dhairya h lekin dhairya bilkul bhi nahi h. Aur dusri baat, 80% podcast is about demoralising the young SEO’s , student, beginners and ammeters and 20% is about selling your course. This video popped out randomly to my feed bcoz of umer bhai. But the host disappointed me and i feel the podcast didn’t go well as it should be.

So I’m working in the seo from past 1.2 years now in which after my internship I just gained valuable experience with content marketing strategies in which after joining other organisations I’m able to achieve growth in over all traffic, leads and main KPIs which company want from my side but in this industry I’m one problem after fixing all the issue and achieving the growth companies are like ho gaya ab nikal do in just 1 year I worked in 3 companies 6months in every company so what should I do in this situation now my resume is also getting worse every recruiter who’s sees my resume will definitely not short list my profile just because ki maine 3 companies change kari in every 6 months so what should I do now I’m completely lost now samjh nahi aa raha sab accha karne ke baad bhi companies itna impatient kyu hai asli results aane se phele hi nikal do ki 3 month me traffic and leads badh gayi ho gaya iska kaam ab jarurat nahi. so please tell me what should I do? I can also go for paid so I can deliver result fast to show my worth to company cause in now days I don’t think companies have that much patience to wait for real organic game start they are just happy with little and more focus on Paid side.
