I'm no newbie but as a long-time struggling armature when it comes to digital art, this workflow tutorial has helped bring wonderful clarity in helping me learn where I can refine my approach. Particularly with use of the lasso transformations and canvas/brush sizes... I'm far too hesitant in using the lasso and probably make my drawings too small, limiting my flexibility when it comes to lineart (rarely drawing with brushes >10px ^_^;) So thanks a bunch for yet another great walk-through! ^_^

You should give chrissabug credit after you stole her DTIYS art in your get art style tutorial 2021 video and claimed it as your own. Not cool. Grow up.
@Nadiaxel2 жыл бұрын
Dude... That section in the video compares MY OWN TWO ARTSTYLES. The drawing that Chrissa made was a "Draw this in YOUR style" challenge. I never claimed anything but the fact that I DREW the painting in my own style. I love Chrissa'a art and literally just used my own artwork as an example of stylization vs. another one of my styles. I did not claim or steal anything and how you interpret it is not my responsibility.
@thefloofdragon99672 жыл бұрын
She did give credit to Chrissabug especially in the social media posts Nadiaxel has made when referencing the DTIYS. It’s not stealing if it’s done in a different style and has already been credited everywhere since Jan. 2021. She even made the pose a little different for concept purposes so there’s no claiming, tracing, or art theft of Chrissabug’s art involved here. It feels like you missed the entire point of “DTIYS”.
@paintycup2 жыл бұрын
The concept of a DTIYS is that other artists are encouraging you to use their design in your art. This does not mean that you no longer own your own art. Nadia created art for a DTIYS but it's still her art, free for her to use in an art style tutorial as she chooses? I'm not sure you understand how a DTIYS works and you are really interpreting this in bad faith..
@someonesomewhere11002 жыл бұрын
Yes dtiys is obviously doing things in your style. But if you don't credit that artist that it was their art to begin with then its not very dtiys as much as it is trying to play it off that you created that art. Period 👏 Art style tutorial 2021 edition, at 5:06 the art on the left was chrissabugs and there is no mention of her, or tag of her, and no credit to her that it was her art done in a different style.
@thefloofdragon99672 жыл бұрын
@@someonesomewhere1100 The art on the left is the art Nadiaxel drew in her style and is based off of the original drawing Chrissabug did for the DTIYS and is not Chrissabug’s actual art. The art in that video is completely original and isn’t stolen. Don’t know what exactly you’re reaching for here but Chrissa was properly credited on Nadiaxel’s Insta and other social medias when she tagged Chrissa for the challenge but she does still retain the rights to the drawing she drew based on a challenge issued by another artist to thousands of other people. Are you going to call those who also participated in that DTIYS art thieves too?
