This is very very true! Agric Universities have no monthly weather data digitised for climatological study even with their department or faculty levels on the CDs despite they are enjoying computers and clerical maletia at the campus.

It is very funny that Pakistanis take IITs as IT institutes, but they are Engineering Institutes teaching all branches of Engineering, including Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and Information Technology. Last two came up much later.
