I was doing skyline for awhile, but recently switched to Pacific. I just learned by watching your video, that Skyline may also be the best if you are wearing a heavier backpack (like I do when I commute to work). This also make Pacific the best choice if you are switching between roads and light trails.

Skyline is fun, but I did a nosedive yesterday being a total hotdog. Some lady was like, “Are you ok?! Oh thank god you were wearing a helmet.”

How fast was the top speed when your board took a nose dive? Afraid to push my Pint X for that very reason. Fastest i hit so far was only 16.8, as soon as i got that pushback..i was like "nope...not today"

Same happened to me on skyline. Was only doing 25kmh too, top speed I’ve done is 28.5kmh on pacific and that was fine

Seems like redwood raises your chance of a nosedive with that low top speed. I never wanted to even try it because I didn't want to get thrown off.

Lowering the top speed only changes when pushback/warning occurs. Reaching the torque limit is what would nosedive the board. A lower speed would use less torque and therefore reduce the chance of a failure.

@@hoboman444 it also limits the motor so when you start to dive it doesnt have enough power to bring you out of it, thats why redwood you nose dive more, its not as strong

I normally ride the Pacific profile. I was playing with my board yesterday tried Redwood, I hit the speed limit in short order and the pushback engaged. Definitely not riding that profile again. I’m so used it riding at 14-15mph.

Yeah I wish I would have known before buying because being limited to presets is fucking LAME. There's really no way to make it YOURS in terms of ride comfortability. With custom shaping, there was a lot of benefit in learning how to ride and ultimately tuning it to your style of riding the most effective way possible.

Haha...you're blaming Future Motion for not doing research before buying your board. There were plenty of videos and reviews literally stating that Custom Shaping is not offered on both Pint versions. Suck it up and do your homework mah dude.

Honestly I can't even enjoy my one wheel. I'm constantly staring at my speed instead if enjoying a ride. Push back is a joke. It will just throw you off with out warning causing very unpleasant pain and knocking the wind out of you. Breaking bones etc while the owners just sit back and laugh about it. Keep your money buyers get the e skate board instead. Or the e unicycle but that's like 3k.

@@samaelmartinus3273dont look at the speed if youre not forcing it you wont even reach top speed I ride about 15 mph max just to enjoy it you really dont need more than that keep your phone in your pocket and enjoy

@@zachblack7794 that's what I did and I flew off about 30ft. Pretty sure I fractured ribs. Knocked the air outta me. Right arm was inoperable for like a an hr, helmet had a huge gash. Smh no I can no longer enjoy once that happens. Im talking atleast Weeks of recovery bro .
