@XpressPinnacle Sir in pathogenesis of Portal Hypertension 1. Increased resistance 2. Increased blood flow 3. sinusoidal remodeling 3rd point I couldn't get sir

@@mohanhariramr.v.5991 sinusoids are fenestrated vascular channels, lets imagine like a ballon with holes, it can hold more pressure - on the other hand if it REMODELS to become a non-fenestrated vascualr channel, the ballon's holes are shut, the pressure increases, a simple explanation

@XpressPinnacle Sir doubt is partially cleared I also want to know do there will be anastomoses between Arterial & Portal system which contribute to portal Hypertension by imposing Arterial pressure on the low pressure portal venous system Thank you sir 🙏
