It really is but I think R* intended this dlc to be towards high lvl players who have grinded a lot of money. As we all know every dlc released by any game is just another way to make money/bring in more players so this was also just another way of shark card sales. I think they just really fucked it when they made the pay so low.

The Future Shock variant of the Dominator can be turned into a pretty normal looking sleeper car. The LEDs glow in the dark, but they don't look that bad if you use them as an accent color and pair them with some underglow.

The way the shunt works is you hold down X (A on Xbox) or your duck button and press either left bumper (L1) or right bumper (R1) depending on which direction you want to go in. IDK how it works for PC. Also all Muscle cars can wheelie if you hold down the power slide/e-brake button and then let go of it while holding the accelerator.

Full armor disables drive by weapons FYI, I switched it to that to look cool and found that it forces you to stick to the awful .50 calls, but the trade off is that it seems to make the body of the car more damage resistant, and I had to come here to see if that was the case as Pyrelm did his usual half assed job again. And the one guy who can afford everything hasnt done a video on anything yet, the professional as he loves his bank account numbers more than having fun in the game but that works for me as I had 8 mill saved up and only wanted this and the RC car, the rest, meh, I can wait.
