Hi there! The sheets can be gang sheeted (multiples on a sheet), or the sheet can be trimmed prior to putting through the printer to save on waste.

Your red is great do they always come out like that or is there some adjusting on setting to get them like that.

I depends on your model of printer and the graphic - whether or not your graphic was done in cmyk or rgb, etc. There's some great tips on color management in the training class.
