Digitally Creating Snap on Teeth that can be 3d Printed

I just want to say thank you for the educational videos you post. They are incredibly helpful and I really appreciate you. I've been trying...literally everything...to figure this out with your video and just messing around on my own and I can't for the life of me figure this out so I thought why the hell not...I'm just going to ask you for help. My boss wants me to figure out these "snap on smiles" (smile test drives) from an existing waxup that we send out to have done. So what I get back is the STL file from the lab to print in office. Then I have a pre-op scan in itero. I can't figure out how to append these models in meshmixer. I tried to just make a putty of the wax up, block out the pre-op model and just do it by hand but I need to add thickness everywhere. I know there's a way to do this digitally. Thanks in advance. Hey how did you important the patients teeth on the software? Like did you scan the mold?

If you look closely the sprintray closed the openings on the molars. Other than that fantastic work. Your process seemed effortlessly

Dr. Glenn, very cool stuff! On sw version 4.7.55, after defining the insertion axis and setting undercuts appropriatly, the software doesn't appear to make the "blockout model" anymore. (At least on my computer) This is kind of the rate limiting step in doing it this way. Any updates to this process would be appreciated!

Hey newest version has that feature back. Upcoming release will allow you to make your path of draw model in the surgical guide process too.
