Will Gao really does an amazing job this season. If you just watch his face and ignore the dialog, he is able to convey more than nearly everyone else. There are small scenes like when (spoilers) Tao and Elle head to get ice cream after Tao stop talking to Isaac. Just watch his face. In scenes with Tao and Elle, the director focuses more on Tao over Elle as he's a more expressive actor even compared to Kit. Yes, Kit and Joe get strong emotional scenes, but Will shows a quizzical look or an annoyed look or a pondering look. Those are tougher to pull off. Maybe it's a bit of showboating, but the other cast members aren't able to do the same with the smaller scenes.

I think people confuse sex with intimacy. Sex is sex. It can be casual, or a one night stand, but it is basically motion without emotion. Sex is not love. Love is a fleeting kiss, on the nape of the neck, or a lite bite on the ear, or the cupping of the lower back, or a casual wink of the eye. Love is tears, laughter, and promise. Love leads to intimacy. I fill that if you have too much sex, like one night stands, casual hookup, you may lose how to love, or may miss love when it appears. I know this is just rambling, so, I will try to clarify...If I am at a party or get together, and one of my friends points out a guy from across the room, and asks me what about him? I would respond that yes he has a smoking hot body and that I would make love to him in a heart beat, but...I would also want to make love to the man in that body. Does this make any sense?
