Juiced fruit actually isn't too good for you, since you're breaking down all the good fibers and whatnot you are basically just ingesting sugar. Obviously there's worse things to consume, and doing it with veggies is perfectly healthy but if you have time to juice a fruit you have time to just eat it as well. You only need 2-4 cups of fruit a day. Easy to break into small snacks. Just a tip!
