A thing I noticed in the plot of the sine function is that the line is choppy. You can see it even if you are not zooming in. If zoom then it is quite apparent. By default tikz uses 25 points to graph curves. It increase that one can do the following: \addplot[thick, blue, domain= 0:360, samples=100]{sin(x)} to get a smoother line. The samples=number allows one to do that. So for publication it is probably good to do but for a quick check not since I takes longer to process 100 than 25 points (some folks do samples=1000 as a rule).

I have problem with LATEX: I am using TEXSTUDIO in windows 7 I have a code matlab but I got this error message File `circuitikz.sty' not found. and in other code File `pgf-pie.sty' not found. The package pgf-pie is not loaded or \uspackage command is not used

Put values of t, get values of u(t-1) , storing in a file and then plot
